Della and James Hysten purchased Swanson Custom Woodworks in December of 2022. They knew that this acquisition would not only provide economy to their Real Estate and Development business by vertically integrating it, but would also stand-alone by providing these services to fellow homeowners, General contractors, and Developers. The woodworkers on staff have stayed on and have been with the company for over 25 years.
The Hystens have acquired 12 properties in Orange County California in a little under 8 years and have either rehabilitated or tore down and completely rebuilt (ground-up construction) these properties. Della has a background in accounting and design and James has background in banking and finance in the automotive lending space. Together they can handle every facet of your project and can advise you on the most efficient way to approach your specific need.
